  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Work with delivery and sales teams to develop strategic roadmaps and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Develop a thorough understanding of BTC service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the BTC Sales and delivery team regularly
  • Manage client requests or issue escalations as needed


  • IT software services company (current or last employer is a must)
  • Last job -minimum of 3cr as sales quota/target
  • Face-to-face client interaction is a must.
  • Technology Experience in the cloud, Big data & AI
  • Experience in Account Mapping and Account mining
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects
